Free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your pregnancy, current needs and goals around labor.

We will meet for about three hours once a week for four weeks straight. This is an extensive course that will cover topics from pregnancy, labor, comfort measures, pushing, recovery, postpartum and breastfeeding your newborn.

Once you are settled home from the hospital, a postpartum check in with Ana, either virtual or in-home. Processing your labor, assistance with breastfeeding and early newborn care will be provided.
