Individual support throughout your pregnancy to help navigate each step. You are not alone, and I am here to help create a clear roadmap of pregnancy and childbirth. Included in this is childbirth education. This course includes a 4-week class, meeting once a week for 2-3 hours. This is a comprehensive childbirth education course that will be tailored to your needs.

Once you are settled home from your birth, two postpartum check-ins with Ana, either virtual or in-home. Lactation support, newborn care and postpartum wellness will be provided as needed.
