Childbirth Education and Custom Pregnancy Consultations brought to you by a medical professional.

Hi, I’m Ana

I’m so happy you’re here.

Pregnancy, labor, and birth can be incredible. It can also feel overwhelming and confusing—especially when you’re trying to sort through endless information and opinions about what you should do.

I created AMG Births to make that experience feel different.

After years of working as a Labor & Delivery RN in hospitals and birth centers, I saw how much expecting parents benefit from having education and support before they walk through the doors to give birth.

My background has given me experience from low-risk, physiologic births to high-risk pregnancies and complex deliveries. At the same time, my roots have grown and continue to do so in the unmedicated, midwifery world.

AMG Births brings those two worlds together: evidence and experience.

As a nurse and certified childbirth educator, I believe you deserve information that is clear, credible, and grounded in science. After supporting hundreds of births, I also know that birth isn’t experienced through research studies alone.

Every labor unfolds differently.

My role isn’t to tell you what your birth should look like. It’s to help you understand your options, prepare for the possibilities, and feel confident making informed decisions for yourself and your baby.

Whether you envision an epidural, an unmedicated birth, or want to see how labor unfolds, your birth goals are yours.

I do carry one belief proudly: women are incredibly strong, intuitive beings. Sometimes, you just need the knowledge, preparation, tools, and encouragement to trust that strength.

Together, we’ll prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for labor and birth—with plenty of laughter along the way.

My goal is for you and your partner to walk into your birth feeling like a team: informed, connected, confident, and excited to meet your baby.

It is my firm belief that you were made to do this.

I’m here to help you believe it, too.
