A 4-week childbirth course that will meet once a week for 3 hours. This is a comprehensive course that will be customized to fit your individual needs.

Included with the course is a postpartum check-in. Once you are settled home from birth, a check-in with Ana, either virtual or in your home. Lactation support, newborn care and postpartum wellness will be provided as needed.
